    May Center for Adult Services is looking for an Assistant Program Coordinator to assist in overseeing the administrative and clinical functions of a residential group home in Marstons Mills, MA serving adults with developmental disabilities.

    • Help ensure the quality of the program when the Program Coordinator is not available, by coordinating the daily activities and programs for all the consumers 
    • Provide the consumers with an intensively therapeutic program designed to enhance community acceptability and increase independence
    • Provide individualized treatment procedures by assessing the consumer's skills
    • Develop and implement annual goals for each consumer
    • Assist consumers in the day to-day maintenance of their environment
    • Assist the Program Coordinator with individual medical and healthcare provider appointments


    • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 3 years of experience
    • Previous supervisory experience in human services
    • Med certification strongly preferred
    • Valid driver's license
