  • Summary

    The May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in Randolph is looking for qualified direct care Direct Support Professional to work directly with children with autism, PDD, and other developmental disabilities at our residential sites in Randolph and Weymouth.


    Most positions require working some weekend shifts. 

    There are various shifts, schedules and hours available. Part time and fulltime opportunitites. 

    Most shifts are late afternoon and evening hours during the week, and day/evening hours during the weekend. 





    • Skill development and community integration
    • Assisting individuals in meeting their personal care and nutritional needs
    • Behavioral interventions
    • Participating in the development of IEP/ISP objectives and documenting consumer progress
    • Dispensing medications


    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
    • Previous human services experience required in lieu of degree
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Valid driver’s license
