JOURNEY to AMAYzing MANAGER program is a 4-month training and development program to grow our current employees as well as qualified external applicants into a Residential Program Coordinator. We will provide both classroom and on the job training, guidance and mentorship, and a structured outline throughout the program to give you all the resources and tools needed to succeed in our JAMM program.
(External Applicants will first spend a week before JAMM program to obtain certification on First Aid/ CPR/ Safety Care)

Grow and develop your skills in leadership, management and effective communication along the journey to becoming a successful Program Coordinator (PC).
JAMM provides both on the job and in classroom training on every aspect of residential program management, giving you to tools needed to become an aMAYzing leader!
