  • Summary

    May Institute, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for Facilities Administrator to work under the supervision of the Director of Facilities.





    • Assist the Director of Facilities with preparing reports and presentations
    • Maintain an open line of communication with all departments
    • Conduct clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files and databases
    • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
    • Work on vendor agreements and RFP’s with the procurement department
    • Provide back up support for Facility Coordinator and Fleet Manager
    • Assist with other projects for the Facilities Department as needed


    • At least two years' experience in an office setting
    • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
    • Ability to understand the nature and importance of calls/situations and handle with discretion
    • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing to a wide variety of audiences
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently
