    May Institute’s HRIS system is currently undergoing a conversion from ADP EV5 and other legacy systems and manual processes to Ceridian Dayforce.

     

    This is an exciting time to join the team as the Sr. HRIS Analyst will be instrumental in the set-up, configuration and maintenance of the new platform. Dayforce is a fully integrated platform encompassing all functional areas of HR, as well as Payroll and Time Management. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will be responsible for on-going maintenance of the HR core platform and will work closely with our Payroll Department on shared structures.

     

    Reporting directly to the SVP of HR, this position is both strategic and hands-on.  The position will focus on development, support, configuration and maintenance of the human resource information systems (HRIS), to include Workforce Management, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation, Recruiting, On-Boarding, and Document Management.  The position will also be responsible for maintenance of the organizational structure, process enhancements, testing of system changes, HRIS analytics and reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Take a leadership role in the system implementation of Ceridian Dayforce
    • Lead the roll-out of the new HRIS system across the company including communication with and training of end users
    • Create, monitor, update and maintain human resources information systems, including hiring systems
    • Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve HRIS issues
    • Assign and update the various security roles among system administrators and users; create new roles and security access as needed
    • Develop user procedures, process maps, and training guides on systems
    • Provide training and support to end users
    • Work with Training Department to update and maintain ongoing training on the HRIS systems
    • Develop, test, and monitor dashboards, metrics, applications
    • Review quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, propose solutions and take action to ensure integrity in system data and processes.
    • Develop standard and custom reports that meet reporting requirements and can be used by HR Team members in the field.
    • Work closely with Talent Acquisition for new hire reporting and data tracking
    • Partner with HR and Operational Leaders to define business requirements and build appropriate reporting and metrics
    • Provide advice and guidance to management regarding system requirements based on company needs
    • Partner with Payroll on shared structures within Workforce Management

    Qualifications

    • Experience with enterprise wide system implementations, preferably with Ceridian Dayforce or similar systems such as Workday, Oracle or ADP
    • Demonstrated experience in managing HR Management systems
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or other related degrees. Applicants without a degree may be considered if there is demonstrated HRIS experience that closely aligns with our other position requirements
    • Ability to troubleshoot systems and work independently
    • Understanding of HR policies and processes with 5-10 years related experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate sensitive and confidential information
    • Must be detail-oriented & able to work independently as well as within a team
