May Institute’s HRIS system is currently undergoing a conversion from ADP EV5 and other legacy systems and manual processes to Ceridian Dayforce.
This is an exciting time to join the team as the Sr. HRIS Analyst will be instrumental in the set-up, configuration and maintenance of the new platform. Dayforce is a fully integrated platform encompassing all functional areas of HR, as well as Payroll and Time Management. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will be responsible for on-going maintenance of the HR core platform and will work closely with our Payroll Department on shared structures.
Reporting directly to the SVP of HR, this position is both strategic and hands-on. The position will focus on development, support, configuration and maintenance of the human resource information systems (HRIS), to include Workforce Management, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation, Recruiting, On-Boarding, and Document Management. The position will also be responsible for maintenance of the organizational structure, process enhancements, testing of system changes, HRIS analytics and reporting.
