    Are you interested in joining a center-based ABA team committed to exceling industry standards using contemporary behavior analytic approaches for children with autism?

    An ideal candidate is a BCBA committed to the success of the group which includes our clients, our direct therapists, and BCBA colleagues.

    We are looking for BCBAs who are motivated to inspire and train direct therapists, parents, and other junior BCBAs on contemporary approaches to addressing the core deficits of ASD.

    The May Institute also seeks individuals looking to move toward a leadership role. Thus, responsibilities include overseeing processes such as training/supervision, skill acquisition assessment, functional behavior assessment/intervention planning, and looking within/across client progress.

    • Candidates must be certified as a BCBA, and in good standing
    • Candidates must also be licensed as a behavior analyst
    • Demonstrated skills and experience writing and directing programs for children with autism
    • Must genuinely enjoy working with children, have great communication skills, be well organized, flexible, patient, and dependable
    • Actively strive to provide quality and frequent supervision to direct therapists in individual and group settings
    • Must be willing to work with a team and want to learn and grow
    • Highly motivated, willing to learn, curious and looking to make a larger impact
