  • Summary

    May Institute has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician. The RBT will provide individuals with developmental disabilities, in a community-residential program, with support services designed to promote the self-determination, independence, productivity, integration and inclusion in the community life of the individuals we serve. In addition, this position will provide administrative, clerical, and training support to the Clinical Department, working closely with the Behavior Analyst assigned to each group home. 

    Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm 


    • Assist with filing, retrieval and storage of behavior records
    • Assist with tabulation of Behavior reports
    • Provides in-service training on all behavior support plans/procedures and goals
    • Conduct observations of individuals, staff trainings, and implementation fo procedures, etc. on each shift, in each location
    • Other duties and tasks as assigned


    • Hight School Diploma or GED required
    • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
    • At least one year direct experience in human services, disabilities, medical and/or educational environment required
