    We are currently seeking a school consult Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services within schools seeking to enhance services for students with learning, cognitive, and behavioral challenges. Our services are carefully matched to help address specific concerns and needs. We collaborate with school/agency staff and families to assess and enhance educational programs for children and adolescents with diverse diagnoses and special needs. These include autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, behavioral disorders, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), neurological disorders, and multiple disabilities, often with co-occurring mental health disorders.

    In the last fiscal year, we served thousands of individuals and school systems, including:

    • 370 children through school consultation services
    • 340 educators through training and consultation
    • 162 schools through Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) training and consultation
    • 82,300 students who benefited from PBIS

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and monitor behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans
    • Compile data to chart to determine effectiveness of treatment plan and skill assessments
    • Interact with and provide training to staff , parents, and teachers

    Qualifications

    • A Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
    • BCBA certification required
    • ABA State License (LABA) required
