Responsibilities

As a Direct Care Professional, you will work to support individuals with disabilities in their home, promoting choice, dignity, safety and well-being.

This position provides hands on personal care and life skills training to those individuals, including daily activities such as meal prep, leisure activities, medication administration and personal care.

We encourage and support all of our individuals to be an integral part of their community; as such you will assist our individuals in enjoying recreational activities and supporting community membership.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
