May Center School for Adult Services in Orange Park, Florida has an exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to become a Clinical Director (CD). The CD will provide individualized treatment strategies for adults diagnosed with autism spectrum or related disorders in residential group homes.Candidates for this position will be expected to manage a flexible work schedule, including weekends, weeknights, and on-call shifts.

  • Coordinate clinical services in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all clinical programs meet May Institute and other professional standards.
  • Devise and implement a system to formulate comprehensive behavior plans
  • Monitor all behavior plans to ensure best practices and optimal levels of treatment
  • Provide adept supervision of clinical staff
  • Conduct staff trainings/meetings
  • Develop a strong rapport with existing funding sources
  • Complete a thorough functional assessment of identified challenging behaviors for each individual.
  • Presents behavior support plans and corresponding data to the Local Review Committee (LRC).
  • Provides an average of 20 direct care services hours per week.


  • Master's degree in psychology, education or related field
  • BCBA certification required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Travel to various sites
