Summary

May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in Randolph has an exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to become an Assistant Clinical Director (ACD). The ACD will provide individualized treatment strategies for children diagnosed with autism spectrum or related disorders in residential group homes in and around Randolph, MA. Candidates for this position will be expected to manage a flexible work schedule, including weekends, weeknights, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in the areas of clinical services, program evaluation, training, and research
  • Provide clinical training and supervision of residential staff
  • Support clinical and educational treatment integrity in the residential programs
  • Ensure continuity of clinical and educational care between the school and residential group homes; ensure that all programs meet May institute and other professional standards
  • Establish and coordinate systems for the review of individual student progress and data-based modification of student programs
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Master’s level BCBA, LBA
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Demonstrated clinical supervision experience
