May Institute’s School Consultation division is currently seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to supervise and coordinate school consultation services in the Boston Metro region.

  • Provide administrative and clinical oversight to consultation services provided to Boston School district
  • Maintain a caseload, which includes providing educational and behavioral consultation to school and home-based programs
  • Conduct assessments, including FBAs, needs assessments, and skills assessments (VB-MAPP, Adaptive Behavior)
  • Oversee program development for district and develop systems for implementation
  • Engage in regular review of district high-risk cases
  • Manage district contract and utilization of services
  • Meet regularly with district administrators to review provision of May Institute services
  • Supervise and evaluate all May Institute staff working in district
  • Consult to school staff and attend Team meetings
  • Interview and on-boarding of staff



  • Master's degree required, BCBA required, LABA eligible
  • At least two years supervisory experience preferred
  • At least one year experience providing school district funded services preferred
