May Institute, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for Facilities Administrator/ Coordinator to work under the supervision of the Director of Facilities on project tracking and coordination. 






  • Assist the Director of Facilities with operational and capital projects
  • Assist in the development of requests for proposals and scopes of services
  • Ensure all project costs are tracked and in line with budget
  • Ensure all invoices are accurate and are being billed per the contract guidelines
  • Ensure that all certificates of insurance are accurate and up to date
  • Assist the facilities staff with day to day operational projects
  • Provide back up support for the Facility Coordinator
  • Maintain an open line of communication with all departments
  • Assist with other projects for the Central Support Department as needed



  • At least four years’ experience in an office setting
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to understand the nature and importance of calls/situations and handle with discretion
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing to a wide variety of audiences
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
