The May Institute is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources, Operations, Financial and Clinical Departments in the Orange Park, FL office. This includes acting as a liaison between the corporate offices to provide on-going information concerning policies, practices and procedures relating to human resources, payroll/finance and operations. 


  • Provide professional and exemplary customer service to all visitors.
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office. 
  • Coordinate all front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. 
  • Handle employment application intake. 
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly regularly scheduled reports. 
  • Create and maintain reports, forms and correspondence using Microsoft Office and other computer programs.


  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of direct experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, secretary or other clerical experience preferred. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
