May Center School for Brain Injury and Neurobehavioral Disorders is looking for a Residential Behavior Specialist to provide clinical services to children and adolescents with brain injury and neurobehavioral disorders. Some evening hours may be required. 



    • Provide leadership in the areas of clinical services, program evaluation, training, and research
    • Provide clinical training and supervision of residential staff
    • Support clinical and educational treatment integrity in the residential programs
    • Ensure continuity of clinical and educational care between the school and residential group homes; ensure that all programs meet May institute and other professional standards
    • Establish and coordinate systems for the review of individual student progress and data-based modification of student programs
    • Manage a flexible work schedule, including weekends, weeknights, and on-call shifts
    • Assist with special projects


    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred
    • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis; BCBA preferred
    • Experience in residential and/or school settings
    • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
    • Demonstrated clinical supervision experience
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule
