For six decades, May Institute has set the national standard for providing comprehensive, research-based services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, brain injury and mental illness.

May Institute blends science with service to help make progress possible for thousands of children, adults, and families each year.

Join us in our mission to promote independence, choice, dignity and respect for those we serve.

As the Program Director for our Santa Cruz Center you will provide ABA services within your community, and help to expand services to clients on our waiting list. We currently offer services to home based clients, and work with multiple school systems to provide ABA services. You will also develop, and supervise a growing team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Behavior Therapists.

In addition, the Program Director will manage the day to day practice of the center, and have oversight of the operating budget, performance metrics and staffing levels.

Our intensive home-based services help children improve communication, social and behavior skills; self-help skills; and learning skills. In addition, in-home therapists provide parent education and training to ensure skills learned are maintained and refined at home.
